Patrick, owner and founder of P Y Lee Realty, has over three decades of real estate experience. He has vast knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate. Patrick is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Alfred graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor in Business Management Economics, emphasizing in Accounting. He joined the real estate industry in 2003 and has extensive knowledge of the current San Francisco Bay Area rental market. Prior to joining P Y Lee Realty in 2009, he served as an auditor for a public accounting firm specializing in financial auditing and bookkeeping. Alfred currently serves as one of the most active sales and rental agents at P Y Lee Realty. In 2012, Alfred become a broker associate with the Company.

Alice joined P Y Lee Realty in 1992 as the office manager. She has been essential to the company, taking part in customer relations and bookkeeping. Prior to joining P Y Lee Realty, she had been working in finance for over 20 years.
